Here at Anaiak we hope you love our products as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not happy, do get in touch and send us an email to natalia@anaiak.co.uk*

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at natalia@anaiak.co.uk*. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that you will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself, and any duties or taxes which may be imposed by your local customs outside the UK.

For returns from outside the EEC (European Economic Community), the parcel must have a signed customs declaration attached to the outside of it. The only acceptable declaration is to tick the checkbox 'OTHER' and write the description 'GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EEC RETURNED FOR CREDIT'. In the absence of this declaration, we may have to pay import charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

If the item is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we may require you to pay the postage before we post it again. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money minus the original postage paid.
